Hello Beautiful women! Together we are called to be daughters, wives, mothers, sisters, friends, neighbors, & leaders. My name is Amanda, and I'm honored to be your Dandilines Doula... helper.

What is Dandilines? dan·deeˈlīns /noun

DANDILINES is a place of peace for moms who seek compassionate support through healthy foundations.  

​I believe compassion in birth is meeting women with understanding & calmness to soothe an overwhelmed nervous system.   Turning stress towards breath and tender hearts toward inner strength offers a nourishing environment for mothers to write their own birth story.  Your Doula is there to honor a happy, healthy, safe birth experience.

What is a Doula? dou·laˈdo͞olə/noun

1. A helper, a trained professional who recognizes birth as a key to life. Supporting the physical, emotional, and informational needs of woman during pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. 

2. A Doula is called to embrace the emotional needs, provide reassurance through the process of tough decisions and to inform with evidence- based education, supporting the decisions | free of judgement.  Doulas are a bridge to other forms of prenatal, labor & postpartum care.  Doulas provide resources and a nurturing environment, welcoming the know better | do better mindset which begins with healthy foundations & family support.
