Being pregnant, with no surprise, can bring so many opinions, noise and chaos. This does not mean it is welcomed, every time.  Having a Doula offers the kind of care that is always on your side, when you feel overwhelmed, when you're not sure how to say no thank you, and when your brain is filled to the brim there's a calm, steady heart helping to quiet the opinions & advice.  Bringing a Doula into your birth journey is not only for first time moms. DANDILINES is a place of peace for moms who seek compassionate support through healthy foundations. 

Motherhood and Wellness have been the greatest gifts inspiring my path towards Doula Care. I have experienced both, birth at peace and birth at war. As a Doula, my goals are to guide mothers towards birth without fear, honoring each unique transformational journey with a full heart & warm presence.

DANDILINES is inspired by the beauty of natural, maternal & primal instincts.  Offering an understanding that our bodies are created for birth, women are physically capable of childbirth and my job is to prepare you through the emotional journey.  I offer women and families education through evidence based childbirth and introduce movement & gentle mind work as mother's guide to hypnobirth, visualization, primal meditation and the art of spontaneous childbirth. Birth requires emotional preparation; it's my personal and genuine gesture to share how women can embrace maternal instincts to harmonize birth from within.
