GENTLE MOVEMENT
Join us on our Wellness Journey, hopping from park to park throughout South Eastern MI. In this world of uncertainty and hardship, many find it can be so difficult to manifest feelings of gratitude and transformation. Re-connect, Re-center, Re-focus with a yoga-like experience that transforms our hearts. Explore movement, mindfulnes & grace in its finest form. Aligning the faith with our dreams and balancing the mind & body from the very beginning... give your baby the best version of you! Connect with your child, get in tune with each other and learn to listen with your heart. The design of this gentle movement practice is to embrace love, forgiveness, & grace upon grace.... Exercise from a mothers' perspective.
