BUT FIRST a note from your Doula, As a newborn care specialists, perinatal & postpartum doula services are curated to make your days smoother, your load lighter, and your confidence stronger. Dandlines Doula offers hands on guidance after baby is born. Some introductory support includes; breast feeding comfort solutions, sitz bath rituals, resources for lactation specialists & group setting for additional support and of course a listening ear to share concerns as you setting into new routines. You may desire additional care services which may include; assistance with breast milk storage, meal prep or filling the pantry with wholesome nutrition, homemade broths, herbal teas & nourishing vitamin rich meals... and a chance to rest the mind & body to restore healthy balance. Dandlines Doula builds mama recovery plans to help ease moms into fitness while embracing realistic physical & mental goals. Doula support after your baby comes is about re-birth, re-covery & a chance to root in wellness. POLICY You may find Postpartum Support helpful for a few weeks, months or a year... weekly or otherwise. Let's connect and create a wellness plan that offers you something to grow through.
