In this world of negativity and hardship, it is so difficult to manifest feelings of gratitude and transformation. We use our {bean jar} to reward our entire family in ways that help them to feel honored, resurrected, loved, and cherished. Although this practice is to teach our children not to whine, beg, tease, and throw a fit... It's design embodies all ways to love, which in turn fills our buckets up, one by one.
{the reward system} ... That works for us
Ephesians 4:29 SAYS... "Let everything you say be good & helpful so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them"

{consistency is key}... Catch them for EVERY good word, helpful behavior. Honestly it's not about giving them a prize at the end... It's recognizing a new pattern of behavior driven by giving to others!

💜"use your words for good"💜 I might get a snarky smirk, mini growl, or eye roll... My self discipline has grown also. I'm learning to not take everything so personal, that others emotional behavior is not my junk . . . My response to the negativity you ask? "I love you too much to argue" "Love only today" "I'll talk to you when you're calm" Moms! I an not good at this... But I'm willing to work on it EVERYDAY, and your family with follow suit.
The 5 {love languages}Our rewards are typically presented in a similar jar... I use wooden popsicle sticks and write the rewards. At each measurement marker, my kids get to choose a random {reward} stick. Our rewards speak to EVERY #lovelanguage

NOTE: we do not take beans away... No one can take away the goodness from your heart so don't threaten to steal that from your child. There is no limit on how many beans they can get in a day... This makes it extra fun for them to continue being kind #always Don't forget to bless your beans! The power of prayer is magical...
